Paul is the co-owner of a successful South Australian Physiotherapy practice. He is an experienced management consultant and certified trainer underpinned by over 25 years’ business experience. He has held several senior management roles including State Director for Optus Business, Regional Manager SA/WA for AAPT and State Manager for Dimension Data. He has a Grad. Cert. in Business and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Philip is currently the General Manager for one of Australia’s leading workplace health organisations. He has held various senior management roles in workplace health organisations over the last 15 years. He also has direct small business management experience which includes growing a small dental health practice into a group of practices that was sold to private equity.
James is the co-owner of a psychology practice and an executive for Kudos. He has 20 years’ management experience in many service delivery environments including disability, allied health, employment services, occupation rehabilitation, aged care, and community services. He is a Non-Executive Director of Shine SA. He has qualifications in business and is a Chartered Manager with the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
The purpose of creating our Advisory Board is to seek input from a variety of allied health professionals. This input will be used to help shape our assessment methodology and create valuable information for current and potential clients.
Gemma is a Registered Psychologist, an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). She is an EMDR Accredited Practitioner with her private practice delivering EMDR treatment within Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula. She has over 21 years’ experience in clinical counselling, vocational rehabilitation, and consulting to organisations on a range of people issues.
As a health practitioner, Rachel believes that her role in the community is best served by educating, motivating and empowering people to achieve their physical potential. In addition to being a member of the APA, she is also a former Vice President of the APA SA Branch Council; member of the New Graduate Professional Development Committee as well as member of Physiotherapy Business Australia Committee, and is on the University of South Australia’s Physiotherapy Education and Training Advisory Panel.
Nick is a Physio clinic owner of 2 clinics, employer of a team of 24, three time published author and mentor to Physios Australia wide. He created Australia’s most engaged community of physio clinic owners in a private facebook group called The Ultimate Physio – Clinic Owners Mastermind Group. The group has 1600+ members – which is one in every five physio clinic owners in Australia! The vision of this community is to become the world’s most engaged community of business owners.
